Mykonos, Greece

Kosher Cruise Port Guide

Mykonos is one of the most iconic Greek islands, known for its whitewashed buildings, blue-domed churches, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning beaches. Part of the Cyclades island group in the Aegean Sea, Mykonos combines cosmopolitan energy with traditional Greek island charm.

Highlights

  • Mykonos Town (Chora) — A maze of narrow, winding streets lined with whitewashed buildings, boutiques, and bougainvillea. The most photographed village in the Greek Islands.
  • The Windmills — Mykonos's iconic 16th-century windmills overlook the harbor from a hilltop. One of the most photographed landmarks in Greece.
  • Little Venice — A row of colorful buildings built right at the water's edge, with waves splashing against the foundations. Perfect for sunset views.
  • Paradise & Super Paradise Beaches — Famous party beaches with crystal-clear water, beach clubs, and a lively atmosphere. Calmer beaches like Agios Stefanos are also available.
  • Delos Island & Ancient Synagogue — A UNESCO World Heritage Site accessible by a 30-minute boat ride. Delos is home to one of the oldest known synagogues in the world (dating to 150–128 BCE) — the oldest outside the Land of Israel. Mentioned in the Book of Maccabees and by Josephus. Private Jewish heritage tours are available.
  • Panagia Paraportiani — A stunning whitewashed church complex made up of five churches built over centuries. An architectural landmark.
