Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Fresh Kosher Cruises ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking services, and any related travel arrangements provided by Fresh Kosher Cruises.

2. Service Description

Fresh Kosher Cruises specializes in organizing and facilitating kosher cruise experiences. Our services include:

  • Cruise booking and reservation services
  • Kosher dining arrangements and certification
  • Travel planning and coordination
  • Group travel organization
  • Religious services coordination
  • Travel documentation assistance

3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Reservations must be made through our official channels
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received

Payment Terms

  • Deposits are required to secure reservations
  • Full payment is due according to the cruise line's payment schedule
  • Prices may change until the required deposit is received and the reservation is confirmed in writing
  • Additional fees may apply for special services or arrangements

Oceania Inclusive Package Pricing

Fresh Kosher Cruises sells each published Oceania sailing as a single inclusive package combining the selected Oceania voyage and accommodations with the Fresh Kosher dining, supervision and hospitality program.

  • Every Oceania sailing published for booking on our website has a confirmed Fresh Kosher program.
  • Participation in the Fresh Kosher Oceania group is limited to 24 guests.
  • The package price is established by Fresh Kosher Cruises; individual components do not have separate retail or refund values.
  • Prices may change until the required deposit is received and the reservation is confirmed in writing.
  • After confirmation, later cruise-line promotions, public fare reductions or prices offered to other guests do not entitle an existing reservation to repricing, a refund or a credit.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Supplier cancellation fees and the Fresh Kosher Cruises cancellation terms shown in the applicable booking documents apply
  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations
  • Travel insurance is recommended for protection

Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Terms

The initial deposit has two components: Oceania's required cruise deposit and a US$500-per-guest Fresh Kosher Program deposit. The full combined deposit is applied toward the inclusive package price and becomes immediately non-refundable when the reservation is confirmed in writing.

  • Staterooms through Penthouse Suites: US$500 per guest for the Oceania cruise deposit plus US$500 per guest for the Fresh Kosher Program, for a total deposit of US$1,000 per guest.
  • Oceania, Vista and Owner's Suites: 20% of the applicable Oceania cruise fare per guest plus the US$500-per-guest Fresh Kosher Program deposit.
  • The entire combined deposit, including both the Oceania and Fresh Kosher Program components, is immediately non-refundable upon written confirmation.
  • 150 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the Fresh Kosher Cruises Inclusive Package Price is non-refundable.
  • The remaining package balance is due 150 days before departure unless an earlier date is stated in the written booking confirmation. Reservations confirmed after that deadline require payment in full.
  • No refund or credit is provided for denied boarding, early departure, missed meals, unused services or any other unused portion of the package.
  • Changes that require cancellation and rebooking are subject to the same cancellation terms and any additional supplier charges.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact form and include the guest name, booking number and sailing date. A cancellation becomes effective when the form is successfully submitted.

Cancellation by Fresh Kosher Cruises

  • Programs expressly identified as provisional or potential may be cancelled before confirmation due to insufficient participation
  • Once an Oceania program is published as confirmed, individual guest cancellations or a later reduction in group size will not, by themselves, cause the kosher program to be cancelled or materially reduced for the remaining guests
  • Force majeure events may result in trip cancellation
  • Full refunds will be provided for cancellations by us
  • Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have:

  • Valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond travel dates)
  • Required visas for destination countries
  • Any necessary vaccinations or health certificates
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
  • Emergency contact information

Fresh Kosher Cruises is not responsible for denied boarding due to missing or invalid travel documents.

6. Kosher Dining and Religious Services

Kosher Certification

  • All kosher dining arrangements are certified by recognized kosher certification authorities
  • We work with cruise lines to ensure proper kosher meal preparation
  • Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance
  • Kosher meal requests are subject to cruise line availability

Religious Services

  • Religious services are arranged based on group size and availability
  • Services are conducted by qualified religious leaders
  • Participation in religious services is optional
  • Schedule and location of services may vary
  • On Oceania sailings, a minyan, daily or Shabbat prayer services, Torah reading, a dedicated prayer room, and Rabbi-led services are not guaranteed
  • Kashrut supervision is separate from prayer arrangements and will be provided as described for the sailing whether or not a minyan is present
